• Partner preferences — what you're looking for in a match
• Communication records — messages, interests, contact requests with other members

2. How We Use Your Information

• To match you with compatible profiles based on your preferences
• To enable communication between you and other verified members
• To verify your identity and prevent fake/duplicate profiles
• To send you relevant matches, alerts and important account notifications
• To process payments for premium memberships
• To provide customer support when you contact us

3. Information Visibility

Your contact details (mobile, email, full address) are NEVER shown publicly. They're revealed only when both sides have premium membership and the receiving member explicitly unlocks them.

You can also enable Photo Protection to require your approval before any other member sees your photos.

4. Information Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information only:

• With other members based on your visibility settings
• With payment processors to complete premium membership transactions
• With law enforcement when legally required (e.g. court orders)
• With trusted service providers (email, SMS, hosting) bound by confidentiality agreements

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure password storage, and regular security audits. Your password is encrypted and not visible even to our staff.

• Update — edit any information from Edit Profile
• Hide — temporarily hide your profile from Settings → Privacy
• Delete — permanently delete your account; all data is erased within 7 days

8. Minors

Samyak Matrimony is for adults of legal marriageable age (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us immediately.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site means you accept any updates.
