Your Right to Data Deletion

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Amendment) Act, 2008, as well as our commitment to user privacy, you have the right to request that we delete your personal data from our systems.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Your profile information (name, age, photos, bio)
Contact details (phone, email, address)
Horoscope and family information
Messages and chat history
Expressed interests and matches
Login credentials and session data

Note: Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered. Any active premium membership will also be terminated without refund.

Data We May Retain

Even after deletion, we may retain certain data as required by law, including:

Financial transaction records (for GST/tax compliance)
Complaint and dispute records (if any legal proceedings are pending)
Anonymised analytics data (no personally identifiable information)
